The goal is to know the opinion of nurses HED Hospital of San Agustin Linares on triage. By a transverse descriptive study it was obtained that job satisfaction is considered worse than the staff. They believe that they are not recognized its welfare work and do not agree with triage, but believe that it is beneficial for the user. Also they suffer anxiety about their accomplishment and believe that the doctor should be responsible for this work. As for the training they are totally dissatisfied. Triage is rejected by the nursing staff. Perhaps a multidisciplinary approach and more specific training could increase both the quality of care and professional satisfaction.
