Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis
exhaustivo del diseño organizativo de la empresa multinacional
Alight, referente en el sector de los Recursos Humanos y su
digitalización.
Para ello, he comenzado clasificando a la empresa según su
tamaño, ámbito competitivo geográfico, etc., lo que nos lleva a los
mecanismos de coordinación que utiliza y a un análisis de las
partes que la componen a partir de un organigrama. Más tarde, se
realiza un concienzudo estudio de los parámetros de diseño:
diseño de puestos, diseño de la superestructura, diseño de vínculos
laterales y diseño del sistema de toma de decisiones; así como de
los factores de contingencia. Por último, tras este análisis,
concluimos qué estructura es en la que encuadra y si podría
mejorar el funcionamiento con la elección de otra estructura.
The main goal of this piece of work is to carry out an exhaustive analysis of the organizational design of the multinational company Alight, a benchmark in the Human Resources sector and its digitalization. To this effect, I have started it by classifying the company according to its size, geographic competitive environment, etc., which leads us to the coordination mechanisms it uses and to an analysis of the parts that compose it from an organization chart. Later, a thorough study of the design parameters is carried out: post design, superstructure design, lateral link design and decision-making system design; as well as contingency factors. Finally, after this analysis, we conclude which structure it fits into and whether it could improve its performance by choosing another structure.
