Concertinas en las fronteras de los Estados y su impacto en los Derechos Humanos

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este TFG es analizar la situación actual de las concertinas en las fronteras de los Estados y su colisión con los Derechos Humanos, así como las vulneraciones producidas en la legislación tanto nacional como internacional. Así mismo, se examina el comportamiento de la sociedad internacional aludiendo a normas de Ius Cogens.

[EN] The objetive of this final degree Project is to analyze the current situation of the concertinas of the borders of the States ans their colision with Human Rights as well as the violations produced in the legislation. Likewise, the behaviour of the international society is examined referring to Ius Cogens norms.
