ASOCIACIÓN ENTRE EL ESTRÉS PERCIBIDO Y LA SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL EN EL SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN MÓVIL EN URGENCIAS Y EMERGENCIAS PSIQUIÁTRICAS: PROYECTO DE INVESTIGACIÓN.

Abstract

[ES] Las enfermedades mentales son preocupaciones que impactan en el pensamiento, estado de ánimo y comportamiento. Estas se han incrementado debido a la pandemia de Covid-19, por tanto también han aumentado las urgencias y emergencias psiquiátricas. Debido a esto, las enfermeras pueden llegar a sufrir estrés e insatisfacción laboral, por eso se necesitan muchas enfermeras especialistas en Salud Mental, que sepan hacer frente a las urgencias y emergencias de estos pacientes. Por tanto, el objetivo es entender cómo está organizado un servicio de atención móvil para urgencias y emergencias psiquiátricas, y además conocer la percepción del personal de enfermería del Hospital Médico Quirúrgico y Hospital Neurotraumatológico del servicio de urgencias y de la planta de Salud Mental, relacionándose así el estrés con la satisfacción laboral. Tras la revisión, se ha encontrado evidencia de que las enfermeras sufren estrés y ansiedad al enfrentarse a situaciones estresantes y desconocidas.

These have increased due to the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore the urgencies and psychiatric emergencies have also increased. Due to this, nurses can suffer stress and job dissatisfaction, which is why many specialist nurses in Mental Health are needed, who know how to deal with the emergencies and emergencies of these patients. Therefore, the objective is to understand how a mobile care service for emergencies and psychiatric emergencies is organized, and also to know the perception of the nursing staff of the Medical Surgical Hospital and Neurotraumatology Hospital of the emergency service and of the Mental Health plant, relating well stress with job satisfaction. Upon review, evidence has been found that nurses experience stress and anxiety when faced with stressful and unfamiliar situations.
