Diversidad Generacional: el nuevo reto de los Recursos Humanos

Abstract

[ES] La presente investigación se ocupa de analizar las generaciones existentes dentro de una organización, las diferencias que puedan generarse entre ellas y, como consecuencia de ello, los conflictos que puedan tener lugar dentro de la empresa afectando de manera negativa si éstos no se solucionan. Por esta razón, es fundamental la labor que realiza el departamento de Recursos Humanos, ya que se encarga de aprovechar las distintas actuaciones y pensamientos de cada generación. Para realizar un estudio más exhaustivo ha sido necesaria la utilización de un cuestionario.[EN] The present research takes on analyzing the different generations that coexist within an organization, the differences that may exist between them and, consequently, the conflicts which may take place inside the Company affecting negatively if they are not solved. For that reason, the task of the Human Resources department is essential considering that this department is responsible for taking into consideration leverage the different actions and thoughts of each generation. To conduct a more exhaustive study, it was necessary to use a questionnaire.
