IMPACTOS SOCIOECONÓMICOS Y CULTURALES DEL TURISMO ETNOGRÁFICO EN LA CIUDAD DE OTAVALO.

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo se centra en describir los impactos producidos por el turismo etnográfico en la ciudad de Otavalo, considerando las variantes (socioeconómicas y culturales). En primer lugar se comienza haciendo una descripción sobre los impactos del turismo mencionados en líneas anteriores, una breve explicación sobre el turismo etnográfico, patrimonio etnológico y turismo folklórico. En segundo lugar se pasará al marco metodológico, donde se hace mención al tipo de método utilizado en dicha investigación. En tercer lugar se pasará a los resultados de la investigación donde se realiza un análisis de los impactos provocados por el turismo etnográfico. Finalmente se terminará mencionando las conclusiones y recomendaciones que servirán en lo posterior para nuevas investigaciones. Con este trabajo se pretende conocer los impactos del turismo y en que aportan a la comunidad de Otavalo.

[EN]The present work focuses on describing the impacts produced by ethnographic tourism in the city of Otavalo, considering the variants (socioeconomic and cultural). First, we begin by describing the impacts of tourism mentioned above, a brief explanation of ethnographic tourism, ethnological heritage and folk tourism. Secondly, the methodological framework, which mentions the type of method used in this research. Thirdly we will move to the results of the research where an analysis of the impacts caused by ethnographic tourism is carried out. Finally, we will end by mentioning the conclusions and recommendations that will be used in the later for further research. This work intends to know the impacts of tourism and how they contribute to the community of Otavalo.
