Terapia por presión negativa en el pie diabético

Abstract

[ES]Esta revisión bibliográfica tiene como objetivo conocer los beneficios de TPN (Terapia por presión negativa) en las ulceras del pie diabético y compararlas con las técnicas convencionales. Actualmente las ulceras del pie diabético son uno de los problemas más comunes y que más complicaciones presenta la DM (Diabetes Mellitus). Estas complicaciones crónicas que presenta la DM son un problema de salud a nivel mundial. Con el paso de los años se han ido desarrollando productos para el cuidado avanzado Tras realizar el análisis y evaluación de estos resultados podemos concluir que la TPN está ganando cada vez más popularidad en el tratamiento de las heridas crónicas y complejas. Entre sus características podemos destacar la reducción del volumen de forma más rápida, menor tiempo necesario para la cicatrización, mayor aparición de tejido de granulación y una disminución de la carga bacteriana más rápida, en comparación con el uso de otros tratamientos.[EN]This bibliographic revision has as an objective to know all the advantages of TPN (Negative pressure therapy) in the ulcers from a diabetic person and then they could compare with the conventional techniques. Nowadays the ulcer from a diabetic person is one of the most common and complicated problem that DM (diabetes mellitus) presents. These chronic added difficulties are a healthy problem around the world since the development of technology, the treatment of these ulcers are a continuous challenge due to the multiple infections and pathologies and resistance to antibiotics. After that realizing the analysis and the evaluation of these results, we can conclude saying that TPN is becoming more and more popular in this treatment. Regarding its characteristics I can point out the reduction of volume faster and also less time is necessary to the healing and a faster diminution of bacteria, if you compare this with to others treatments.
