Resumen
[ES] Este trabajo pretende hacer un análisis estratégico de Cielarko, una pequeña empresa
ubicada en la ciudad de Jaén, que se dedica principalmente a la venta de pinturas de alta
calidad que ofrecen un acabado perfecto. Una vez que analizo el entorno empresarial, los
recursos y capacidades, así como la fuente de su ventaja competitiva, que es la diferenciación
de productos, voy a proceder a plantear tres decisiones estratégicas diferentes que la compañía
podría realmente desarrollar para aumentar su rentabilidad. Por último, al final del proyecto,
voy a llegar a la conclusión de elegir la mejor estrategia competitiva basada en las
debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades de sus negocios y dar a la empresa algunas
ideas de cómo mejorar sus actividades.
[EN] This work is intended to make a strategic analysis of Cielarko, a small company located in the city of Jaén, which is mainly dedicated to sell high-end paintings that offer a perfect finish. Once I analyze the business environment, the resources and capabilities, as well as the source of its competitive advantage, which is product differentiation, I’m going to proceed to raise three different strategic decisions that the company could actually develope to increase its rentability. Finally, at the end of the project, I will come to the conclusion of choosing the best competitive strategy based on the weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities of its business and give to the company some ideas of how to improve its activities.
