Resumen
[ES] Actualmente, la motivación laboral constituye un factor fundamental para el éxito
empresarial. Cada vez son más las organizaciones preocupadas por fomentar la motivación de
los trabajadores que la integran, al ser una herramienta fundamental para aumentar el
desempeño de los trabajadores y lograr los resultados organizacionales deseados. De este
modo, se estudian las principales teorías sobre motivación en las organizaciones, así como la
relación entre motivación, satisfacción y productividad. Con el objetivo de analizar la
motivación laboral dentro de la organización, se desarrolla un estudio empírico que pretende
analizar los factores que inciden en la motivación en el trabajo y conocer el nivel de
motivación laboral existente en distintas empresas ubicadas en la provincia de Jaén. Los
resultados de esta investigación ofrecen aspectos de interés en cuanto a la motivación laboral
en las distintas empresas objeto de estudio.
