Resumen
[ES]Este trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objetivo analizar las características de una empresa, así como las acciones que lleva a cabo para conseguir la posición que actualmente tiene en el mercado.
Serán estudiadas las características económicas y financieras de la misma, a través del estudio de distintos ratios, que se utilizarán posteriormente para realizar un análisis comparativo con su principal competidor.
Se realizará una previsión futura, realizando los principales cuadros provisionales de la empresa. Para ello, se llevarán a cabo investigaciones de la competencia, de la evolución de la empresa, del sector en el que opera y, aspectos macroeconómicos de la economía española que puede afectar a su sector, entre otros.
La empresa elegida ha sido Primark Tiendas SLU, al considerarla como la empresa que ha revolucionado el sector de la moda española en los últimos años.
[EN] The main objective of this project is analyse the essential characteristics of a company, and also the actions that the company realizes to obtain the position that it has on the market nowadays. The economic and financial dimension of the company will be studied. For this, different ratios will be analyzed and later, these ratios will be compared with another of the principal competitor of this company. A future forecast will be made, making the main provisional tables of the company. For this reason, the competition of this company will be investigated, such as the evolution of the company, the sector in which it operates and the macroeconomic aspects of the Spanish economy. Finally, Primark Tiendas SLU has been chosen to do this analysis, due to it is one of the most important companies in the Spanish fashion sector currently.
