LA SEGURIDADSOCIAL EN ESPAÑA

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo está dirigido a analizar de manera general el sistema de Seguridad Social implantado en España. Comenzando con la definición de este sistema y su ámbito de aplicación, tanto en el nivel contributivo como en el no contributivo ya que cada uno protege a sujetos distintos. A continuación, explicaremos los distintos regímenes integrados en el sistema español que son el Régimen General, los sistemas especiales integrados en dicho régimen y los Regímenes Especiales. Realizando una comparación dichos regímenes o sistemas con el Régimen General: ámbito de aplicación, bases y tipos de cotización.

Para finalizar el trabajo, estudiaremos la evolución desde 2006 hasta 2016 de las prestaciones de desempleo y jubilación, por ser las prestaciones que mayor peso ostenta en nuestro sistema español, así como las que mayor volumen de gasto representan.

[EN]This work is aimed at analyzing generally the Social Security system implemented in Spain. Starting with the definition of this system and its scope, both the non-contributory and contributory level and protects each different subject.
