Revisión y mejora del proyecto de explotación y propuesta actualizada del plan de restauración de una cantera en el tm de Jaén (Jaén)

Abstract

[es] Este trabajo consistió en reestudiar la situación de una cantera ubicada en el TM de Jaén mediante el rediseño del proyecto de explotación y el plan de restauración. El arranque se ha hecho de forma aleatoria y omitiendo la formación de bancadas, originando condiciones de inseguridad para trabajadores y maquinaria. Se explotará hasta los 520 msnm en un total de 14 bermas, ángulo de talud 20° con la vertical, altura de 8 m y ancho mínimo de 10 m. Se organizará la operación en 3 fases, la inicial consistirá en explotar la zona norte hasta la cota 580, la segunda será la formación del vaso de cantera en la zona oeste y la tercera en explotar hasta llegar al límite este. En el plan de restauración se proyecta la revegetación de la superficie total explotada luego de realizar un remodelado del terreno en la parte baja hasta aproximadamente 540 msnm.

[en] This work consisted of re-studying the situation of a quarry located in Jaén through the redesign of the exploitation project and the restoration plan. The exploitation has been done randomly and omitting the formation of benches, causing unsafe conditions for workers and machinery. It will be exploited up to 520 MAMSL in a total of 14 berms, slope angle 20 ° with the vertical, height of 8 m and minimum width of 10 m. The operation will be organized in 3 phases, the initial will consist of exploiting the north zone up to level 580, the second will be the formation of the quarry vessel in the west zone and the third one will be exploited until reaching the eastern limit. In the restoration plan the revegetation of the total exploited area is projected after carrying out a remodeling of the land in the lower part to approximately 540 MAMSL.
