Cura de herida traumática compleja en ambiente húmedo: un caso clínico.

Abstract

[ES] La cura en ambiente húmedo favorece la cicatrización de las heridas. El objetivo de este trabajo es reflejar el seguimiento de una paciente con una lesión traumática compleja, el uso de los productos basados en la cura en ambiente húmedo y el abordaje holístico de esta. El método utilizado ha sido la aplicación de un proceso de atención de enfermería que nos permite comprobar la evolución de los principales diagnósticos. Se muestra como la utilización de los diferentes productos, según la evolución y las necesidades de la lesión, llevan a la cicatrización. La finalización del proceso de cicatrización provoca la resolución espontánea de la conducta que la paciente desencadenó a raíz de la herida. Ambas cosas se ven reflejadas en los diagnósticos de enfermería y sus indicadores. Se concluye con la realización de este trabajo la importancia de tratar al paciente en su conjunto, y no tratar aisladamente la lesión.[EN] The cure in a humid environment favors the healing of the wounds. The objective of this work is to reflect the follow up of a patient with a complex traumatic injury, the use of products based on the cure in humid environment and the holistic approach of this one. The method used has been the application of a nursing care process that allows us to check the evolution of the main diagnoses. It shows how the use of different products, according to the evolution and needs of the injury, lead to healing. The completion of the healing process causes the spontaneous resolution of the behavior that the patient triggered as a result of the wound. Both are reflected in nursing diagnoses and their indicators. It concludes with the accomplishment of this work the importance of treating the patient as a whole, and not treating the injury in isolation.
