ALOJAMIENTOS SOSTENIBLES Y ECONOMÍA COLABORATIVA: UN DESAFÍO PARA EL FUTURO

Abstract

[ES]La necesidad y uso de los alojamientos sostenibles es clave para el desarrollo del sector turístico sostenible. El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en analizarlos y comprender en qué medida la industria turística se ha visto afectada en primera línea, surgiendo con ella numerosos nuevos modelos de negocio, entre los que se encuentra la economía colaborativa, que será el eje central de nuestro análisis. Para ello, es necesario estudiar la gran evolución que ha sufrido el turismo y la tecnología en los últimos años y la enorme influencia que ha supuesto en las redes sociales y la comunicación. El asombroso desarrollo de Internet permite a las personas acceder rápidamente a aquello que desean. Esta economía colaborativa sitúa la plataforma para la que hemos realizado las prácticas externas: Ecobnb, una empresa dedicada a la promoción y motivación del respeto al medioambiente y el uso de alojamientos turísticos responsables. Por último, y a pesar del auge que ha tenido esta economía, existen controversias acerca de su uso, por lo que se intentan crear leyes que regulen o restrinjan estas residencias. [EN]The need and use of sustainable accommodations are central to the development of sustainable tourism. The aim of this document is to analyse them and to understand in which extent the tourism industry is being affected, arising with it numerous new business models, among which is the collaborative economy, which will be the central axis of our analysis. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to study the great evolution of technology in recent years which had been an enormous influence in social networks and communication. The amazing development of the Internet allows people to quickly access what they want. This collaborative economy locates the travel agency for which we have carried out our internships: Ecobnb, a company dedicated to promoting and motivating respect for the environment and the use of responsible tourist accommodation. Finally, in spite of the boom that has affected this economy, there are controversies about its use, reasons for which they try to create laws that regulate or restrict these residences.
