LAS REDES SOCIALES EN EL COMERCIO ELECTRÓNICO Y EL SOCIAL COMMERCE

Resumen
Cada día nuevas tecnologías y avances impulsan el comercio electrónico un paso adelante, mimetizándose cada vez más con nuestra vida cotidiana. Por otro lado, los medios sociales han ayudado al crecimiento del comercio electrónico creando nuevas formas de entenderlo. Mediante este trabajo se hará un recorrido por el comercio electrónico, pasando por el impacto de las redes sociales sobre el mismo y terminando con una nueva evolución del comercio electrónico: el social commerce. Tras un estudio del comercio electrónico, se pasará a un análisis más exhaustivo de cómo la llegada de las plataformas sociales ha afectado al comercio electrónico. Además de estudiar qué son las redes sociales, se investigará su incidencia mediante los resultados obtenidos en una encuesta de elaboración propia. Además, se hará mención al social commerce como nueva evolución del comercio electrónico y finalmente, se expondrán una serie de conclusiones para dar punto y final al presente trabajo.
Every day, new technologies and progresses are driving e-commerce a step forward, becoming more and more a part of our daily lives. On the other hand, social media has helped the growth of e-commerce by creating new ways of understanding it. Through this work, a tour of e-commerce will be made, going through how social media have impacted on it and ending with a new evolution of e-commerce that emerges from the fusion of social media and e-commerce: social commerce. After the study of e-commerce, we will move to a more comprehensive analysis of how the arrival of social platforms has had effects on e-commerce. A more in-depth investigation of the impact of social networks will be carried out using the results obtained in a survey of my own elaboration. In addition, social commerce will be mentioned and finally, a series of conclusions will be presented to end this work.
