Influencia de los factores psicosociales en las lesiones que ocurren en fútbol. Una revisión sistemática.

Resumen
[ES] Introducción. El fútbol está relacionado con un gran número de lesiones en el género masculino y femenino, en la cuales los factores psicológicos de los jugadores juegan un importante papel. Material y Métodos. Se llevo a cabo una revisión sistemática de estudios publicados en las bases de datos MEDLINE y PSYCINFO con las siguientes palabras clave: “injury”, “psychological stress” y “football” utilizando el conector booleano “AND”. Los artículos seleccionados para la revisión deberían cumplir como criterios de inclusión: (1) estar publicados a partir del año 2000; (2) que al menos el resumen estuviera disponible y; (3) que contuvieran las tres palabras clave y la información estuviera relacionada con el tema. Resultados. El resultado final del proceso de búsqueda permitió seleccionar un total de 12 artículos que cumplían los criterios de inclusión. De estos 12 artículos: 7 relacionaban factores psicosociales con riesgo de lesión y 1 encontró una no asociación. Los artículos restantes apoyaban la necesidad de habilidades y estrategias de afrontamiento para prevenir lesiones deportivas. Conclusiones. La puesta en práctica de estrategias de afrontamiento adecuadas sobre los diferentes factores psicosociales que influyen en las lesiones deportivas, estaría indicado para prevenirlas. Investigaciones que profundicen más sobre la relación entre factores psicosociales y lesión, son necesarias.
[EN] Introduction. Football is related to a large number of injuries for both males and females, in which the player´s psychological factors play an important role. Equipment and Methods. It carried out a systematic revision of studies published in the MEDLINE and PSYCINFO databases with the following keywords: "injury", "psychological stress", and "football", using the boolean connector "AND". The selected articles to the revision should meet as inclusion criteria: (1) Being published from the 2000 year; (2) at least the summary was available, and; (3) they contained the three keywords and the information was related to the subject. Results. The searching process final result allowed to select a total of 12 articles that met the inclusion criteria. From these 12 articles: 7 related to psychosocial factors with risk of injury and 1 found a not association. The further articles supported the need for skills and strategies of facing up to prevent sport injuries. Conclusions. The put into practice of proper facing up strategies in the different psychosocial factors which influence the sport injuries, would be indicated to avoid them. Researches that enquire more about relationship between psychosocial factors and injury, are necessary.
