La estación espacial internacional. Normativa vigente.

Abstract

[ES] La vida permanente en la Estación Espacial Internacional es un hecho en la actualidad. Para comprender cómo se ha llegado a esta nueva meta para la Humanidad es necesario conceptualizar todos los campos relacionados con esta materia y conocer la historia de su construcción y, principalmente, conocer su finalidad. Una vez situados en la realidad que nos acontece, hay que explorar los distintos Acuerdos y Convenios que regulan la vida en el espacio para comprender en qué estado se encuentra dicha regulación y, de esta manera, cuestionarnos si es suficiente, obsoleta o indispensable sustituirla por una nueva normativa que aglutine las distintas situaciones que los avances tecnológicos producen en la convivencia en estos vehículos espaciales.[EN] Permanent life in the International Space Station is a fact today. To understand how this new goal for Humanity has been reached, it is necessary to conceptualize all the fields related to this matter and to know the history off its construction and, mainly to know its destiny. Once located in the reality that happens to us, we must explore the different Agreements that regulate life in space to understand what state this regulation is in and, in this way, questionnaires if it is sufficient, obsolete or indispensable change for a new regulation that brings together the different situations that technological advaces produced in living in these space vehicles.
