Law 29/1994, 24 November picks up the existing urban lease regulations. This Act has two fields of application farms country houses intended for use as a residence and those that are of different use. First we must point out that the figure of the lease is covered by the Civil Code, being therefore the urban lease law specific to a particular type of tenancy legislation, as it is the urban. In the present work deals with the reform which has led law 4/2013, June 4, on the law on lease with the intention to establish measures to ease and promote the housing rental market.
