El cártel de camiones, perspectiva legal y jurisprudencial

Abstract

El presente trabajo versa sobre el cártel de los fabricantes de camiones que tuvo lugar en Europa entre el 17 de enero de 1.997 y el 18 de enero de 2011, que originó una investigación e imposición de multas por la Comisión Europea, pero también dio lugar a la reclamación de los afectados directa o indirectamente ante los tribunales nacionales. Analizaremos, por un lado, el aspecto teórico con las normas nacionales y europeas, y por otro, veremos su plasmación práctica con la jurisprudencia.

The present work is about the cartel of truck manufactures this event took place Europe between 17th of January 1997 and 18th January 2011, this led to an investigation and several sanctions by the European Commission, but also gave rise to the claim of those directly and indirectly affected in front of the national courts. We will discuss, on the one hand, the theoretical aspect with the national norms and Europeans and the other hand, we will see how the practice with the jurisprudence is applied.
