EL COSTE DE LA JUSTICIA Y EL SISTEMA DE TASAS JUDICIALES

Abstract

[ES] El coste de la justicia está considerado como un tema de actualidad debido a que está sometido a un intenso debate social según la conveniencia o no de establecer un sistema judicial basado en el pago de tasas para poder financiar esta institución. Así pues, el objetivo de este trabajo será analizar la idoneidad de este sistema de tasas judiciales, así como un análisis general de lo que esta institución cuesta no sólo a las arcas del Estado sino también a los ciudadanos debido a los diversos costes privados en los que se incurren en el proceso.

[EN] Nowadays the cost of the justice is being consider as a topical issue due to it is submitted to a social discussion according to the convenience of having a judicial system based in the payment of a tax in order to finance this institution. Therefore the goal of this essay is to analyse the adequacy of the court fees as well as a general view about what is the cost of this institution to the state coffers and also have a consideration about the private cost of the judicial system that impact directly over the citizen´s pocket.
