For this reason, it is interesting to know which of the most important destination cities in the world have a public-private DMO for their tourism management and to know their legal, organizational, functional and financial structure, thus assessing the suitability of this, in accordance with the established by the scientific literature. Knowing the opinion of the entities about the different sources of financing and public-private collaboration can lead to an understanding of the results achieved.
