El turismo gastronómico en la provincia de Jaén

Abstract

Este trabajo versa sobre el potente impacto en la economía que nos brinda a nuestro país el turismo gastronómico, en concreto, a la provincia de Jaén. El rico oro líquido que producimos es la base de la cultura gastronómica que se ofrece a los turistas que se desplazan hasta Jaén. Es una excelente oportunidad investigar sobre los beneficios que aporta a la provincia tanto en el ámbito social como cultural y económico tener estos recursos y poder explotarlos de la mejor forma posible. También se hará referencia a la excepcional situación que la pandemia del COVID-19 está dejando en este sector, ya que considero que es uno de los más afectados, y se tratará de buscar soluciones para conseguir una rápida recuperación. This document analyses the huge economic impact that gastronomic tourism offers to our country, specifically to the province of Jaén. The “rich liquid gold” that we produce is the basis of the gastronomic culture that is offered to the tourists who travel to Jaén. It is an excellent opportunity to investigate about the benefits that it brings to the province both in the social, cultural and economic field to have these resources and to be able to obtain benefits from them in the best possible way. Reference will also be made to the exceptional situation that the COVID-19 pandemic is causing to this sector, as I consider it to be one of the most affected, and solutions will be sought to achieve a fast recovery.
