Resumen
[ES] INTRODUCCIÓN: El consumo de tabaco está muy extendido entre la población adolescente, y cada vez la edad inicio en el consumo es menor. El personal de enfermería ya trabaja en el problema desde tiempo atrás, pero es necesario estudiar y valorar las intervenciones que se están realizando. OBJETIVO: Descubrir y conocer el efecto de las intervenciones educativas en la deshabituación tabáquica en adolescentes. METODOLOGÍA: Mediante una búsqueda bibliográfica se han seleccionado estudios con evidencia respecto a este tipo de intervenciones. Tras analizarlos se extrajeron los siguientes resultados. RESULTADOS: Indican que intervenciones basadas en el fortalecimiento de factores protectores, entre otras modalidades, obtienen siempre resultados positivos en adolescentes. Siendo un factor muy importante la familia. CONCLUSIONES: Debemos reducir los jóvenes que se inicien en el tabaco y retrasar al máximo la edad de inicio. Involucrándonos profesionales sanitarios, profesores y padres, para lograr la mayor eficiencia.

The nursing staff is already working on the problem for some time, but it is necessary to study and assess interventions being made. OBJECTIVE: To discover and understand the effect of educational interventions in smoking cessation in adolescents. METHODOLOGY: Through a literature search have been selected studies with evidence for such interventions. After having analyzed the following results were extracted. RESULTS: They say that based on strengthening protective factors, among other modalities, interventions always get positive results in adolescents. It is a very important factor family. CONCLUSIONS: We must reduce youth that start in tobacco and the maximum delay the age of onset. Engaging health professionals, teachers and parents to achieve greater efficiency.
