Terapia restrictiva, bimanual y videojuegos en el tratamiento de la paralisis cerebral hemiplejica. Revision sistematica.

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática es analizar la efectividad de la terapia restrictiva junto con la terapia bimanual y el empleo de videojuegos en el tratamiento activo de la PCI hemipléjica. Para ello se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en diferentes bases de datos, seleccionado 13 artículos que cumplieron con los criterios propuestos. Como conclusión a dicha revisión, podemos afirmar que la terapia restrictiva, seguida de periodos de entrenamiento bimanual junto con el uso de videojuegos de forma terapéutica, es una buena opción como complemento al tratamiento de PCI hemipléjica.

[EN] The aim of this systematic review is to analyze the effectiveness of constraint therapy in addition to the bimanual therapy and the use of video games in the active treatment of unilateral ICP. For this, a bibliographic search was carried out in different databases, 13 articles were selected that met the proposed criteria. As conclusion to this review, we can affirm that constraint therapy, followed by periods of bimanual training together with the use of videogames therapy, is a good option as a complement to the treatment of unilateral ICP.
