Discriminación por razón de sexo en el mercado laboral español.

Abstract

[ES] El tema de este trabajo aborda la posible discriminación a la mujer en el mercado laboral español por el hecho de pertenecer al sexo femenino. Para poder resolver la hipótesis que se plantea se ha recurrido a estudiar a diferentes autores además de datos económicos durante un periodo de tiempo determinado, también se han utilizado diferentes teorías y factores para intentar dar una respuesta a los datos analizados. De igual forma he querido averiguar cuáles son los antecedentes en relación a la mujer en el mundo laboral además de investigar qué clases de medidas se están tomando por parte del Estado español para reducir todas estas desigualdades existentes en el mundo laboral.[ES] The theme of this work deals with the possible discrimination against the women in the Spanish labour market due to the fact that they belong to the female sex. To solve the hypothesis that is raised, different authors have been studied, combined with the economic data of a certain period of time. Furthermore, different theories and factors have been utilised to try to provide a response to the data analyzed. In the same way, I have aimed to find out the background for women in the world of work, in addition to investigating what kinds of measures are being taken by the Spanish State to reduce all these inequalities existing in the world of work.
