[ES]En el presente trabajo se analizará a partir de datos demográficos de los últimos años extraídos de
diferentes tipos de fuentes de información de servicios abiertos, la evolución del despoblamiento actual
que sufre la provincia de Jaén, haciendo un enfoque específico en las zonas rurales, aquellas con
poblaciones menores a 10.000 habitantes. A raíz del estudio, correlación y análisis de distintas variables, se
tratará de determinar qué tipo de estrategias y metodologías utilizar dentro de la disciplina del
Geomarketing con el fin de mitigar y revertir ese fenómeno, el cual busca fomentar el desarrollo rural en las
zonas afectadas.
[EN]In this work, the advancement of the current depopulation of the province Jaén will be analyzed from demographic data over the last years and extracted from different types of public information sources, having a specific focus on rural areas with populations of less than 10,000 inhabitants. An analysis of different, but correlated, variables will be carried out to determine what type of strategies and methodologies to use within the subject of Geomarketing to mitigate and reverse the phenomenon of depopulation, and to seek to promote rural development in the affected areas.
