La sobrecarga del cuidador informal. A propósito de un caso clínico

Abstract

[ES] El cuidado familiar de personas dependientes provoca un importante problema social, generando cambios en las familias y afectando especialmente al cuidador principal. El objetivo primordial es demostrar la eficacia de los servicios sociosanitarios sobre los diagnósticos enfermeros de riesgo y/o cansancio del rol del cuidador. Mediante un caso clínico, en el cual expondremos las características más importantes de éste; valoraremos a la cuidadora principal por los patrones de M. Gordon en tres ocasiones: al diagnóstico, en el curso de la enfermedad y al ingreso en la residencia para mayores. Por otro lado, también describiremos la eficacia de la enfermera de atención primaria sobre los diagnósticos presentes. Evidenciaremos mediante las evaluaciones pertinentes, cómo a partir de las intervenciones planteadas, se alcanzan los objetivos propuestos. De este modo, verificamos que la enfermera es la figura esencial para enseñar y prestar cuidados, y por lo tanto, su eficacia junto con los servicios sociosanitarios ante los diagnósticos de (riesgo)/cansancio del rol del cuidador.

[EN] Family care of dependent persons leads to a major social problem, generating changes in families and especially affecting the primary caregiver. The objective is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the social health services on Diagnostics nurses of risk and/or tired of the role of the caregiver.
