Resumen
[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo fin de grado es analizar la situación del sector agroalimentario, especialmente el sector agrícola, desde una perspectiva tecnológica, es decir, cómo han irrumpido las nuevas tecnologías en dicho sector con el fin de mejorar la productividad y evitar que el mismo se estanque ante el rápido desarrollo de los demás sectores empresariales debido al avance tecnológico. Esto es fundamental para que el sector oleícola enfrente a la competencia creciente del mercado. Asimismo, en este estudio analizaremos el nivel de utilización del comercio electrónico por medio de páginas webs, uso de redes sociales. Por ello, comparamos las cooperativas andaluzas con otras formas jurídicas del sector.
[EN] The aim of this study is to analyze the situation of the agri-food sector, especially the agricultural sector, from a technological perspective, that is to say, how new technologies have burst into this sector in order to improve productivity and prevent that the agri-food sector stagnates because of the great and rapid development of others business sectors due to technological progress. This is essential for the olive sector to face the growing market competition. In addition, in this study we shall analyze the level of use of electronic commerce through web pages, use of social networks. For this, we shall compare some Andalusian cooperatives with other legal forms of the sector.
