En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, titulado ‘Servicio de gestión de relación de necesidades para departamentos’, se ha diseñado e implementado un servicio telemático sobre protocolo HTTP para la gestión del proceso administrativo de tramitación de relación de necesidades dentro de un departamento en la Universidad de Jaén. Este servicio se ha desplegado como un portal web el cual tiene varias vistas de usuario según el rol de usuario activo: personal docente e investigador, responsable de unidad de gasto o responsable de gestión. El portal web, el cual está conectado con una base de datos, cuenta un servicio de autenticación de usuarios, creación de relación de necesidades y su posterior servicio de añadir pedidos, edición, modificación, validación y tramitación de esta relación. También cuenta con una bandeja de entrada en la cual se puede ir observando el estado de tramitación de dichas relaciones de necesidades.
In this Final Degree Project, entitled 'Needs relationship management service for departments', a telematic service over HTTP protocol has been designed and implemented for the management of the administrative process of processing the needs relationship within a department in the Jaen University. This service has been deployed as a web portal which has various user views according to the active user role: teaching and research staff, head of the spending unit or head of management. The web portal, which is connected to a database, has a user authentication service, creation of a relationship of needs and its subsequent service of adding orders, editing, modifying, validating and processing this relationship. It also has an inbox in which you can observe the status of the processing of these relationships of needs.
