Resumen
[ES] Las úlceras por presión son un problema muy presente en la actualidad y con graves consecuencias.
Como objetivos nos planteamos un objetivo general: analizar la efectividad de los ácidos grasos hiperoxigenados,
superficies de manejo de presiones y apósitos en la prevención.
hemos realizado una revisión bibliográfica en diferentes bases de datos, la biblioteca alhambra del Gneaupp, páginas de
internet y un libro de texto.
Los resultados analizados indican una buena eficacia en la prevención por parte de los AGHO. Respecto a los SEMP y
apósitos se indica buena efectividad en la prevención y tratamiento, a pesar de que la muestra de SEMP es pequeña.
Los resultados obtenidos nos dan datos positivos en la prevalencia de UPP y en la relación beneficio-coste; sin embargo
vemos necesario más estudios que comparen los AGHO, SEMP y apósitos e indiquen las situaciones en los que son más
idóneos y su integración en guías y protocolos.
