ANÁLISIS ECONÓMICO – FINANCIERO DEL COLEGIO ACEL S.C.A.

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se hace un estudio de la situación económico-financiera actual del Colegio ACEL S.C.A., una antigua Asociación de padres que en el año 2007 tuvo que ser rescatada por un grupo de 18 trabajadores del Centro, entre profesores y empleados, debido a la pésima situación financiera en la que se encontraba, para lo cual decidieron transformarla en una Cooperativa. Se analiza el entorno de la ciudad de Linares, en la cual desarrolla su actividad y, posteriormente, la evolución de los costes y cálculo de los ratios financieros con respecto a los datos del Centro para conocer cuál ha sido su progreso a lo largo de los últimos años y cuál es su situación actual. Por último, aparecen recogidos una serie de planteamientos de posibles escenarios futuros y un apartado donde se analizan cuáles han sido los puntos más llamativos y problemáticos de la gestión contable de esta empresa.

[EN] In this project is done the analysis of the economic and financial situation of the ACEL S.C.A School, formerly and Association of parents which in 2007 had to be rescued by a group of 18 workers from it due to the awful financial situation it was living and they decided to transform it in a Cooperative. It is analyzed the environment of Linares city, place where it develops its business activity and, afterwards, the evolution of costs and the calculation of the financial ratios in relation to the Center data to know which has been its progress through the last years and which is its actual situation. Finally, it shows a series of approaches about possible future sceneries and a section where it is analyzed which have been the most striking and risky aspect of the accounting management of this business
