A portable device has been designed implemented in the patient’s body with sensors that measure vital signs (heart rate, oxygen saturation, temperatura, acceleration, etc.). The device has an Arduino Due base, which processes and saves in memory, the data of the vital signs taken, to consequently be sent in real time, throuh a Wifi module ESP8266-01 locally. The data is sent to the XAMPP server and saved in the MySQL database, and later, viewed in the web application intended for the doctor, called “Center SigVit”. Finally, the system includes a method to automatically determine the alert level of the patient’s condition using a fuzzy system base on rules.
