LA MATERNIDAD Y LA PATERNIDAD EN LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo está dirigido a analizar las prestaciones de maternidad y paternidad del sistema general de la Seguridad Social en España. Comenzando con la definición, beneficiarios, duración y extinción de la prestación por maternidad. A continuación explicaremos la definición, duración, beneficiarios, duración y extinción de la prestación por paternidad. También hablaremos de la maternidad y la paternidad de los trabajadores autónomos. Posteriormente, hablaremos sobre la nueva prestación por lactancia, el problema que surge con la prestación por maternidad en el deporte profesional y en el ejercicio de la abogacía. Para finalizar el trabajo, estudiaremos una serie de sentencias sobre el tema de la prestación por riesgo de la lactancia natural.

[EN] This work is aimed at analyzing the maternity and paternity benefits of the general Social Security system in Spain.
