En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG), se ha realizado un estudio de la herramienta de programación visual Node-RED, su funcionamiento interno y la relación que tiene con dispositivos IoT. Además del estudio de esta herramienta y la creación de una guía de uso, se ha implementado un caso práctico para aplicar todos los conocimientos adquiridos. En este caso de estudio se ha usado un microcontrolador Arduino y una serie de sensores y actuadores que son gestionados desde Node-RED. El uso de Node-Red permite la posibilidad de ofrecer datos de funcionamiento de este ejemplo a través de Internet.
In this Thesis, the Node-RED visual programming tool, its internal functioning and the relationship it have with IoT devices have been studied. In addition to studying this tool and the creation of a use guide, a case study has been implemented to apply all the acquired knowledge. In this case study, an Arduino microcontroller and a series of sensors and actuators that are managed from Node-RED have been used. The use of Node-Red allows the possibility of offering operating data of this example over the Internet.
