Resumen
[ES]Este trabajo Fin de master se centra, por una parte, en desarrollar los programas
actualmente vigentes en el Área de Promoción y Turismo de La Diputación Provincial
de Jaén, explicando su desarrollo y su papel dentro del turismo en la provincia de Jaén;
por otra parte, se profundiza en el Oleoturismo como una nueva forma de turismo rural
y gastronómico, explicando las actuaciones, programas y rutas existentes en la
actualidad en torno al mismo.
El trabajo finaliza con la presentación de una encuesta de elaboración propia, donde
podemos descubrir las posibles necesidades, valores en auge y déficits que presenta esta
nueva forma de turismo que tanto está ayudando a las economías rurales, aumentando
sus ingresos y paliando su estacionalidad, como también a destinos ya desarrollados
turísticamente aportándoles una diferenciación y nuevas alternativas turísticas.

[EN]This master's work focuses on the development of the current programs in the Promotion and Tourism Area of the Provincial Council of Jaén, explaining its development and its role in tourism in the province of Jaén; On the other hand, it is deepened in Oleoturismo as a new form of rural and gastronomic tourism, explaining the current actions, programs and routes around it.
