COMPARATIVA BANCA TRADICIONAL CON LA BANCA ONLINE

Abstract

El propósito de este Trabajo Fin de Grado es realizar una comparativa de la banca tradicional junto a la banca online. Durante los últimos años, la banca ha sufrido múltiples cambios a favor de la actividad bancaria digital. Gracias al rápido desarrollo de las tecnologías utilizadas para la información y comunicación, las entidades financieras se ven obligadas a ofrecer nuevos servicios digitales y a utilizar nuevos canales de distribución. Pero todavía existen limitaciones que hacen que los clientes se resistan a usar esta vía online, hablamos de los problemas de seguridad. Para comprender la evolución de un tipo de banca a otra, analizaremos cada una de ellas en profundidad, es decir, definición, características, funciones… y finalizará con una comparativa en cuanto a ventajas e inconvenientes.

The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to make a comparison of traditional banking with online banking. In recent years, banking has undergone multiple changes in favor of digital banking. Thanks to the rapid development of the technologies used for information and communication, financial institutions are forced to offer new digital services and use new distribution channels. But there are still limitations that make customers resist using this online route, we talk about security problems. To understand the evolution from one type of bank to another, we will analyze each of them in depth, that is, definition, characteristics, functions ... and will end with a comparison in terms of advantages and disadvantages.
