¿SE HAN VISTO LOS CUIDADOS HUMANIZADOS DE ENFERMERÍA AFECTADOS EN TIEMPOS DE COVID 19? ABORDAJE DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA ENFERMERA Y DEL PACIENTE.

Abstract

[ES] Introducción: Los cuidados humanizados en enfermería son el eje central del ejercicio profesional. Las enfermeras son figura clave para la gestión y seguridad de los pacientes. El indicador fundamental de la calidad asistencial es el grado de satisfacción de los consumidores. Método: Estudio cualitativo, de diseño descriptivo-fenomenológico. Muestreo no probabilístico intencional. Veintiún participantes divididos en tres grupos (enfermeras, pacientes COVID19 y pacientes noCOVID19) y un grupo focal compuesto por enfermeras especializadas. Entrevistas en profundidad para recopilación de datos y análisis inductivo para encontrar temas basados en dicha información recopilada. Análisis estadístico: Se realizó según la Teoría Fundamentada. Se utilizó el método de comparación constante y codificación abierta, axial y selectiva. Conclusiones: La pandemia ha potenciado positivamente la visión con respecto a los cuidados de enfermería. Los pacientes ingresados en UCI definen los cuidados enfermeros satisfactorios cuando estos se caracterizan por la combinación científica y humanística. Destacar el miedo del personal sanitario al propio contagio y al de sus familiares.

[EN] Introduction: Humanized nursing care is the central axis of professional practice. Nurses are a key figure for the management and safety of patients. The fundamental indicator of the quality of care is the degree of consumer satisfaction. Method: Qualitative study, descriptive-phenomenological design. Intentional non-probability sampling. Twenty-one participants divided into three groups (nurses, COVID19 patients and non-COVID19 patients) and a focus group composed of specialized nurses. In-depth interviews for data collection and inductive analysis to find topics based on such collected information. Statistic analysis: Was carried out according to Grounded Theory. The method of constant comparison and open, axial and selective coding was used. Conclusions: The pandemic has positively enhanced the vision regarding nursing care. Patients admitted to the ICU define satisfactory nursing care when they are characterized by a scientific and humanistic combination. Highlight the fear of health personnel of their own contagion and that of their relatives.
