[EN] The purpose of this revision is to gather the main scientific evidences to determine Physiotherapy effectiveness in patients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Thus, a thorough search was carried out thorough the PUBMED, PEDro and WOS databases where 371 controlled and randomized clinical trials were discovered. Taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria, ten of them were finally included to be tested. The studies were classified in relation to the type of intervention by using the following procedures: splints, massage, phonophoresis, iontophoresis, laser, magnetic pulse, stretching, ultrasounds and microwaves as the most utilized therapies. Once revised, it may be concluded that the most effective therapies are the use of splints combined with another type of therapy. In adittion, microwaves and magnetic pulse seems to be effectives treatments.
