PROYECTO DE EXPLOTACIÓN Y PLANTA DE TRATAMIENTO DE UNA CANTERA DE ÁRIDOS

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene por objetivo el diseño de una cantera de áridos calizos, así como de su planta de tratamiento para la obtención de los diferentes materiales, justificando la maquinaria utilizada de trituración y clasificación, y caracterizando los productos obtenidos. De la misma forma, se ha proyectado el arranque mediante perforación y voladura empleado en la cantera, describiendo todos los parámetros y equipo para ello. Acompañando dichos cálculos y justificacione[EN] The purpose of this TFG is the design of a sand and gravel limestone’s quarry, as well as its treatment plant in order to the obtainment of the differents materials, justifying the used equipment of pounding and classification, and characterising the obtained products. Following the same proccess, the outburst by drilling and demolition used in the quarry have been projected, describing all the paremeters and equipment for this. All the mentioned content is accompanied by all the pertinent documents: memory, annexes, plans, specifications and budget.
