Resumen
Este trabajo muestra la forma implementar un entorno VOIP basado en la centralita Asterisk a través del protocolo SIP, para realizar consulta vocal por vía telefónica de las calificaciones de las asignaturas matriculadas por los alumnos de Ingeniería Telemática que estén incluidas en una base de datos. El sistema solicitará el DNI del alumno, la asignatura de la que se desea obtener la calificación y la convocatoria indicada. Realizará el reconocimiento vocal de los valores introducidos y solicitará confirmación por DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frecuency) del valor reconocido realizando síntesis vocal del mismo. Una vez confirmado el correcto reconocimiento vocal de los datos, consultará en la base de datos el valor de la calificación obtenida ofreciéndola al llamante.
This work shows how to implement a VOIP environment based on the Asterisk PBX through SIP protocol, for voice consultation of the marks of the subjects enrolled by students of Telematics Engineering included in a database via telephone. The system prompts the student ID, the subject which mark is desired to know and the examination session. It will carry out the speech recognition of the entered values and will request confirmation of the recognized value by DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) performing voice synthesis. Once the correct voice recognition data is confirmed, it will search for the value of the exam mark in the database and will show it to the caller.
