Abstract

[ES] Desarrollo de una aplicación web dedicada al alquiler de habitaciones para estudiantes pertenecientes a la Universidad de Jaén. Esta aplicación está diseñada para ofrecer servicios a los estudiantes y a los arrendadores que ofertan sus viviendas. Se incluye un sistema de recomendación basado en aprendizaje automático. Para ello, se ha diseñado e implementado un entorno web que incluye las herramientas necesarias para realizar las siguientes acciones: • Inserción, búsqueda y solicitud de alojamientos • Cumplimentación de contrato y fianza • Glosario de recibos (mensualidad, luz, agua y gas) • Representación de gastos mensuales mediante diagramas de barras interactivos ajustables por el usuario • Envío de mensajería • Gestión de perfiles de usuario para estudiantes y arrendadores • Uso de Machine Learning para recomendaciones dinámicas • Cumplimiento de protección de datos [EN] Development of a web application dedicated to the rental of rooms for students belonging to the University of Jaén.
