Análisis Estratégico del municipio de Villanueva de la Reina.

Abstract

En este trabajo partimos de la idea de que la Dirección Estratégica se trata de una materia aplicable tanto al ámbito de la empresa como al ámbito del desarrollo territorial (en este caso, municipal). Teniendo en cuenta esto, nuestro estudio consistirá en definir y describir el marco en el que el municipio va a formular e implantar su estrategia de desarrollo. Es decir, nos centraremos en la primera fase del proceso estratégico: el análisis estratégico. Para ello, detallaremos cuál es la orientación futura del municipio y, posteriormente, diagnosticaremos y evaluaremos la situación en la que se encuentra la organización (el municipio) tanto externamente como internamente. Finalmente, para acabar el estudio, se expondrán las conclusiones extraídas del trabajo realizado.

In this proyect we start from the idea that Strategic Management is a subject applicable both to the company and the área of territorial development (in this case, municipal). Bearing this in mind, our study will consist of defining and describing the framework in which the municipality will formulate and introduce its development strategy. In other words, we will focus on the first phase of the strategic process: strategic analysis. To do so, we will detail the future orientation of the municipality and, subsequently, we will diagnose and evaluate the situation in which the organization (the municipality) finds itself both externally and internally. In the end, to finish off the study, the conclusions drawn from the work carried out will be presented.
