Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar el análisis estratégico interno, así como el análisis del entorno general y competitivo de la empresa Sisfarma, una empresa dedicada a la gestión interna de farmacias para que consigan su máxima rentabilidad. Una vez realizados los análisis y definidas las estrategias de la empresa, propongo una estrategia de crecimiento y cómo implantar esta estrategia en la empresa.
[EN] The objective of this study is to make a internal strategic analysis, as well as the analysis of the general and competitive environment of the company Sisfarma, a company dedicated to the internal management of pharmacies to achieve maximum profitability. Once the analyzes have been carried out and the company's strategies have been defined, I propose a growth strategy and how to implement this strategy in the company.
