A literature search was performed in the following databases: PubMed, PEDro, WOS and Cochrane. A total of 6 articles, randomized clinical trials, were selected because they fulfilled the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. When the articles were analyzed, because they have great heterogeneity, we can say that the evidence is insufficient or contradictory, however we can affirm that physiotherapy provides significantly positive effects in patients with congenital torticollis, although a greater number of high methodological quality studies would required to conclude which techniques provides better effects in this pathology.
