Resumen
[ES] Actualmente nos encontramos inmersos en una generación donde el papel de las Tecnologías de la información y la Comunicación (TIC) son primordiales en la gestión empresarial, tanto es así que en torno a este tema se han desarrollado carreras profesionales de cara a mejorar la imagen de éstas vía online.
El desarrollo 2.0 ha supuesto una auténtica revolución para las diferentes organizaciones y poco a poco va incorporándose en todos y cada uno de los sectores, incluso en aquellos que hasta el momento no tenían un espacio concreto.
En este caso nos hemos centrado en el estudio del sector vitivinícola en el norte de España. El objetivo principal que afrontaremos será conocer de la forma más exacta posible el mercado en el que nos movemos a través de la metodología eMICA
[EN] Nowadays society is immersed in a generation where the role of Information Technology and Communication (ICTs) is paramount in business management. In this sense, this issue has boosted the development of workplaces leaded to improve the image of these themselves online. The development 2.0 has meant a historical revolution for the different organizations so that it has been incorporated in every single labour sector; even in those that did not have a specific online platform so far. Accordingly, this dissertation documents the findings about the actual deficiencies of the market and how these could be left behind in comparison with its competitors. Specifically, it has been focused on the study of the wine sector in the north of Spain. The main objective of this paper is doing research on eMICA methodology
