Tratamientos psicologicos y fisioterapeuticos en mujeres con fibromialgia. Una revision sistematica.

Resumen
[ES] Objetivo: reunir las evidencias científicas más importantes para especificar la efectividad de la fisioterapia y de la psicología en mujeres con fibromialgia.
Material y métodos: se realiza una búsqueda de ensayos clínicos aleatorizados y controlados en las bases de datos Pubmed, PEDro, PSYCarticles y Google académic. Los estudios se seleccionan desde el 2006 hasta la fecha, en inglés y español. Las escalas utilizadas para calificar los estudios fueron PEDro y SCED.
Resultados: tras la revisión de 6031 artículos, se analizaron 13 atendiendo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Estos estudios se clasificaron según intervención psicológica o fisioterapia, diferenciándose procedimientos como terapia multidisciplinar, ejercicio físico, imagen guiada, entre otras.
Conclusiones: en esta revisión sistemática se encontraron evidencias sobre la efectividad de terapias psicológicas y fisioterápicas en mujeres diagnosticadas con fibromialgia. Se muestra efectividad en terapias como yoga y, sobre todo, en terapias acuáticas ya que aumentan la adherencia al tratamiento.
[EN] Objective: to collect the most important scientific evidences to specify the effectiveness of physiotherapy and psychology in women with fibromyalgia. Material and methods: we perform a search for randomized and controlled clinical trials in Pubmed, PEDro, PSYCarticles and Google academic databases. The studies were selected from 2006 to date, in English and Spanish. The scales used to measure the quality of the studies were PEDro and SCED. Results: after the review of 6031 articles were analyzed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. These studies were classified in psychological intervention or physiotherapy , differentiating procedures such as: multidisciplinary therapy, physical exercise, acupuncture, guided imagery, among others. Conclusions: this systematic review found evidence on the effectiveness of psychological and physical therapies in women diagnosed with fibromyalgia. It is shown above all great effectiveness in therapies such as yoga, and especially in aquatic therapies as they increase adherence to treatment.
