[EN] Infant cerebral palsy (ICP) is a group of permanent and non-progressive disorders of both movement and posture, which result from damage to the central nervous system. The commonest type of ICP is spastic diplegia, characterized for presenting spasticity in the lower limbs which causes problems when walking. The case presented proposes a physiotherapeutic treatment for children suffering from spastic diplegia. A muscular, articulate, motor skills-related and walk examination has been carried out, from which a treatment that includes stretching, postural control, load transfer and wandering has emerged, in order to achieve a functional improvement. During the re-evaluation, the obtained results have been slightly favorable, stating the partial compliance results proposed initially. A longer treatment time would be required to confirm its effectiveness.
