Instalaciones de Energías Renovables en vivienda unifamiliar aislada

Abstract

[ES] En este proyecto que se presenta se va a diseñar un sistema de generación eléctrica fotovoltaico y un sistema de generación de ACS solar térmico para una vivienda unifamiliar aislada de la red eléctrica, con el objetivo de satisfacer la demanda eléctrica y térmica de esta. Se calcularán las necesidades energéticas de la vivienda (demanda eléctrica y térmica diaria), teniendo en cuenta todos los condicionantes del proyecto (ubicación, periodo de diseño, tamaño de la vivienda, personas que la van a habitar…). Posteriormente procederemos a dimensionar tanto el sistema fotovoltaico como el solar térmico. A este proyecto se adjuntarán los esquemas, planos, pliego de condiciones y presupuesto necesarios. Se han desarrollado una serie de anexos que complementarán los contenidos de la memoria, entre los cuales se incluyen los cálculos que han sido necesarios para dimensionar cada elemento de la instalación, adjuntándose las hojas de características correspondientes a cada aparato.

[EN] In this Project, we are going to design a photovoltaic power generation system and a solar thermal HSW (Hot sanitary water) generation system for a detached house isolated from the electricity grid, with the main objective of satisfying the electrical and thermal demand of the studied housing. The energy needs of the dwelling (daily electrical and thermal demand) will be calculated, considering all the conditioning factors of the project (location, design period, size of the dwelling…) afterward we will proceed to size both the photovoltaic and the solar thermal system. To this project will be attached the necessary schemes, plans, specifications and budget. A series of annexes have been developed that will complement the contents of the report, among which are included the calculations that have been necessary to size each element of the installation, including the corresponding data sheets to each device.
