APLICACIÓN DE TÉCNICAS FOTOGRAMÉTRICAS, TLS Y METODOLOGÍA BIM PARA LA DOCUMENTACIÓN GEOMÉTRICA E INTERVENCIÓN DEL PATRIMONIO ARQUITECTÓNICO.

Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo de fin de master plantea una línea de apertura del uso del BIM a otros sectores diferentes a los propiamente destinados en la actualidad, como es la construcción de edificios de obra nueva. Se pretende plantear usos y aplicaciones tales como la de la documentación y la restauración del patrimonio. Teniendo en cuenta la gran utilidad que presenta el BIM para la documentación del patrimonio, consistirá en el uso de técnicas geomáticas (fotogramétricas y TLS) para la captura de información, a partir de la cual obtener una nube de puntos y un modelo 3D del edificio a estudiar, en este caso, el Claustro del Convento de Santo Domingo, en Jaén, con el fin último de generar un BIM del edificio en cuestión como herramienta para la documentación geométrica del patrimonio arquitectónico y para tener una forma fácil y sencilla de acometer su rehabilitación o intervención en caso de destrucción, deterioro o mejora.

[EN]This master's final project proposes an opening line for the use of BIM to other sectors than those currently destined, such as the construction of new buildings. It is intended to propose uses and applications such as documentation and heritage restoration. In consideration of the great utility presented by the BIM for the documentation of heritage, it will consist of the use of geomatic techniques (photogrammetric and TLS) to capture information, from which to obtain a cloud of points and a 3D model of the building to study, in this case, the Cloister of the Convent of Santo Domingo, in Jaén, with the ultimate objective of generating a BIM of the building as a tool for geometric documentation of architectural heritage and to have an easy and simple way to undertake its rehabilitation or intervention in case of destruction, deterioration or improvement.
