[ES]El objetivo principal de este trabajo es la aplicación de la obligación de información y transparencia que diversos textos normativos imponen a las entidades de crédito, con independencia de su naturaleza, en cuanto a la conclusión de operaciones activas, pasivas y neutras o de gestión con los clientes bancarios. Y, dentro de estos últimos, con los que son calificados de consumidores. En este sentido, va a ser fundamental el estudio de los presupuestos jurídicos contenidos en la Ley de Economía Sostenible y en la Ley de crédito al consumo, al igual que se analizará la Orden de transparencia y protección del cliente de servicios bancarios.
